Leo Ku Launches Children's Book

Leo Ku (古巨基) will be launching his new Kubi children's book The Cup of Victory <Kubi好孩子系列－勝利的水杯> at the Hong Kong book fair tomorrow. A press conference was held today for a preview and some children and the headteacher from his old school were invited to take part. Good friend Carlo Ng (吳家樂) and his wife Violet Chow (周蕙蕙) were also there to show their support.
Speaking about his range of children's books, Leo expressed a hope that he can affect the public in a different way, especially with young children. He said that kids need some meaningful books to accompany them in their childhood, so he will be working hard to create more books for them.
Leo said that he has been asking a lot of advice from Carlo, who is the father to three children. He smiled that seeing Carlo being so happy has moved him to start wanting to try fatherhood for himself. Asked if he has suitable partner for marriage, Leo said that he does not have one yet. However, he did seem a little awkward when the reporters warned him not to tell lies when there are so many children around.
Leo said that although he is now 36 years old, he has never really thought hard about marriage. Asked if he would consider having children before he is married, he said once again that he has not thought about it because he has been too busy to sleep. However, he does believe that it is better for the child if the parents are married first.
With his idol Tony Leung (梁朝偉) finally tying the knot with Carina Lau (劉嘉玲) this week, Leo said that he was extremely happy for the couple.
