Jacqueline Law Marries Singaporean Tycoon

Jacqueline Law (羅慧娟) ended her ten year courtship with Singaporean businessman Lau Chi Man (劉志敏) today, where at the age of 41, she finally tied the knot and was married at St John's Church in Central. An evening reception was held at Admiralty's Conrad Hotel, totalling 40 tables.
Throughout the day, Jacqueline was extremely emotional and when she spoke to the press in the evening, she smiled that she could not hold back the tears, but they were tears of joy.
The former TV star, who has spent recent years concentrating on her community work, wore an elegant ivory wedding gown as she was escorted up the aisle by her father and when she noticed the press waiting outside the church, she turned and offered her thanks. Jacqueline wore a total of five different outfits for her big day, showcasing the range from her own bridal business.
Asked what she loved most about her husband, who is twenty years her senior, Jacqueline replied that she could not mention everything. She smiled that she will continue her own work after her wedding and as her husband already has two sons, then she has no specific plans to have children because she has a ready-made family.
Many celebrity faces were spotted among the guests, including bridesmaids - Monica Chan (陳法蓉), Kitty Lai (黎美嫻), Chillie Poon (潘芝莉) and Claudia Lau (劉倩怡), TVB General Manager Stephen Chan (陳志雲), Sheren Tang (鄧萃雯), Pauline Yeung (楊寶玲) and Annie Liu (廖安麗).
The couple have no plans to move back to Singapore and will be heading to Beijing for their honeymoon, where they plan to watch the closing ceremony of this year's Olympic Games.
