Tavia Yeung Receives TVB Service Award

TVB held a banquet on Thursday to mark the presentation of awards for the company's long-serving and outstanding staff. Among those receiving service awards were artistes including Tavia Yeung (楊怡), Ron Ng (吳卓羲), Hacken Lee (李克勤), Michael Tse (謝天華) and Wu Fung (胡楓). However, Carol Cheng (鄭裕玲) who was due to receive an award for thirty years service was not present.
TVB Executive Chairman Sir Run Run Shaw (邵逸夫) presided over the ceremony, accompanied by his wife Ms Mona Fong (方逸華) and board and executive members - Mrs Christina Lee (利孝和夫人), Stephen Chan (陳志雲) and Catherine Tsang (曾勵珍).
Receiving her ten-year service medal on the evening, Tavia smiled that she hopes to be able to achieve her twenty-year medal so that she can compare the two and see the difference. She expressed that she was happy about her achievement and she loves this job so she hopes to keep it going.
Michael was also pleased with his performance so far and recalled how his parts have grown since he first joined the company. He added that he has received many opportunities to develop, but he is greedy and his next target is to take a Best Actor anniversary award.
